It provides up to 5V 3A (15W) per USB-C port for charging and syncing devices. The high bandwidth is ideal for large file transfers, high-resolution photo/video editing on external storage, and high-speed USB network adapters. If the motherboard power is insufficient, a built-in SATA power connector can supply additional power. The card is plug-and-play in Windows, Linux, and macOS and is compatible with PCI Express 3.0 x4, x8, and x16 slots. The PCIe card ships with a standard profile bracket, and a low-profile bracket is included for maximum system compatibility.
